Here’s what you can expect:
- A 60-minute, in-depth session with our lead designer, Madeline, to explore your goals, vision, and dreams for your space.
- Flexibility to meet onsite or over video.
- After your conversation, Madeline will thoughtfully create a custom project estimate, inspired by your vision and tailored to your scope.
This consultation lays the groundwork for your project—ensuring we begin with clarity, intention, and momentum.

Following our conversation, Madeline will create a personalized project estimate based on everything we discussed. You’ll also receive our full onboarding package, including a detailed questionnaire and welcome guide to help us move smoothly into the next phase of your project.

The consultation call will be billed at a standard hourly rate if you choose to move forward with a confirmed contract. The consultation fee will be credited towards your first retainer during Phase 1 - Onboarding & Programming - of the project. This ensures your project begins with clear direction, professional guidance, and a tailored plan.
